The firm handles insurance claims investigations that include scene work, activity checks, surveillance, witness location, recorded statements, and reports prepared for the claims file and for counsel. Field investigators work under the firm’s New York agency license and the supervision of its qualifying licensee.
Assignments are accepted from carriers, special investigation units, TPAs, and defense counsel.
