Field work is directed by the firm’s licensed New York private investigator and qualifying member. Files are staffed by investigators working under TrueBlue’s New York agency license and that supervision. Scope is set, work is reviewed, and the approved report that goes to the claims file or to counsel is the firm’s responsibility.
Investigators include former law enforcement and investigators whose background is in claims and field work. Assignments are staffed to the file. The practice is limited to insurers, SIUs, third-party administrators, and insurance defense counsel, and is concentrated in New York City and Long Island: scene investigations, activity checks, surveillance, witness locates, and recorded statements.
